  2. Go to Account & Settings (https://www.primevideo.com/settings/ref=atv_hp_cnt).
  3. On the Your Account tab look for the Your Membership section.
  4. Select End Membership and confirm.

If you receive access to Prime Video as a part of an Amazon Prime membership:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to Account & Settings. (https://www.primevideo.com/settings/ref=atv_hp_cnt)
  3. On the Your Account tab, select Edit on Amazon in the Your Membership section.
  4. Select End Membership and Benefits or End Trial and Benefits (as applicable), and then confirm.

Note: If your subscription was created through a third-party, such as a mobile service provider, contact them for further assistance.

Any additional subscriptions tied to your Amazon Prime or Prime Video membership will not renew once your Amazon Prime membership ends.
